Groundshift references bureaucratic office spaces, mixing their furniture with landscaping tools and plants. In the recontextualization of these materials, the artist asks what could be possible in the reimagining of systems of labor and resource allocation. The artist built a custom floor which gradually inclines towards the desk, creating an uncanny, bodily experience as visitors move through the space.
